Real Customer Complaint Against DressLily About Shipping Time

DressLily selects our logistics partners seriously to ensure the high delivery rate and transportation security. However, there are still some complaint voice of our shipping time. Such as, “I have placed the order for 2 weeks, I still don’t have it”, “It is longer than I expected, I paid for 3-7 days shipping.”, “I can’t find my package, it has been 1 month.” etc.

Actually, to find out when the package will be delivered and how long the shipping will take are easy and convenience.

The total delivery time includes the processing time and shipping time.

1) Processing time

Most of items will be processed and shipped out in 24 hours. However, some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. If you need your items urgently or other issue, you can contact our service team for help.

2)Shipping time

After we ship the package out, the total shipping time depends on the shipping methods. Dresslily offers three types of shipping methods:

Type 1: Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days

We ship by DHL/UPS/IB or other expedited shipping, depending on your location.
Type 2: Standard Shipping: 6-8 business days

We ship your package by Express Mail Service, tracking site for US http://www.usps.com, Other countries can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp
Type 3: Flat Rate Shipping: 7-30 business days

For Flat rate shipping method we offer free shipping.

The most common complaints come from Flat Rate Shipping. When our customers process to check out, they usually ignore the shipping time for each shipping methods. After waiting for a long time, there will be nothing but complaint of the long shipping time.

We all hope you can receive the package as soon as possible. It is international transportation, the shipping company can be impacted by customs,remote locations, peak shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals,inclement weather and operational issues. Therefore, we are afraid we can’t offer the exact arrival date of the package.

    i ordered 2 items months ago, i received one but not the other, i have emailed dressily so many times, they keep saying your order is on its way, it has been months now, it is not going to arrive, now i keep emailing them asking for my money back, bu they just ignore the emails, what can i do ?

      dresslily have shipped out the item 17491**** in second package on February 18, 2017.

    Most of the complants are not about shipping time- it’s that Dresslily never ships your order. They are a scam- goggle them before buying

    Most of the complaints are that Dresslily NEVER ships at all! they are a scam that just takes your money. google them and you’ll see.
