Q: There are some consumer reaction said they need to wait for a month to receive the goods, is this true? Do you ever hear people said you are a scam due to the long delivery time?

DressLily: “The price is the most important reason people like to cross-border shopping, people will not spend $20 on the freight if their items just need $10, so free shipping way is their first choice. last year, among dressLily order, about 70% choose the flat rate shipping. It is free while the other two options need fees. and this way also means slow. in addition, the goods’ clearance time in the local customs is also a reason. take United States for an example, it needs 4 business days for ordinary small package clearance, when at on-season, It needs more time.

Q: What are your plans for international logistics in the future?

DressLily: “we will consider increasing the priority direct mail postal way, as a plain supplement way. In addition, dressLily has been established overseas warehouse in the United States, in the future, dressLily will establish more overseas warehouse, or seek cooperate opportunity with overseas warehouse rent company.

Q: Your product is too attractive, coupled with long delivery time, just like the old saying “too good to be true”, how do you see it? Do you afraid customer say you are a scam?

DressLily: “The tempting price and free shipping service is the unique selling point of dressLily, and Savvy consumers know what they are looking at. dressLily’s users fancy are competitive prices and products. compare with this, a long delivery time is not the key, sometimes good things are worth waiting for.”
