It’s Been Almost 1 Month, I Have Not Receive My Order

I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND IM BEYOND PATIENCE. I placed my order one month ago, and i still waiting for it. DressLily, where is my order?

In last article OVER ONE MONTH GET NO ORDER, WHY, we know it’s common for Asia e-retailers take over one month to dispatch your order. But we still worried about it. some voice will appeare in our mind, is dresslily a scam? may be dresslily is stealing my money? there are some bad reviews online, am i scammed?

So, if you have not receive your order one month late, what will you do?

After you place the order on the Dresslily, and you do not receive your parcel after one month. Here are some tips for you to check.

  • Log into your account to check the shipping methods you chosen

If you do not receive your parcel after one month, first you should log into your account to check the detail of your order. You can find if you have chosen Flat Rate Shipping when you placed the order. If so, please note that the delivery time of the Flat Rate Shipping is 7-30 business days, and the usual delivery time will be around 7-30 business days after dispatch if there are no delays. But cost about 25-45 business days to arrive is also in normal. The actual delivery time may be affected by peak shipping periods, public holidays, bad weather and other reasons. If you want to improve this delivery time, you can choose fast shipping methods in your future shopping.

  • If you choose the Expedited Shippingor Standard Shipping, and you can not get your parcel after one month

If you did not choose the Flat Rate Shipping when you placed the order, but you can not get your parcel after one month. Then you can follows these tips:

A)Check your address in your account

You can also log into your account to check the address that you left when you placed this order, sometimes the customers may make a mistake about the address so that the delivery agent can not deliver your parcel within one month.

If you made a mistake about your address by mistake, you can contact your local delivery agent at once to check. If they can not help you about this issue, then you can contact the Dresslily customer service.

B)Contact your local delivery agent to check

If your address is correct, but you can not get your parcel after one month, you should try to contact your local delivery agent to check. At the same time, you can try to track your parcel at the tracking site.

C)If you can not get your parcel after you do the last two steps, you can contact the Dresslily customer service and make a complain about the delivery agent.

    I ordered expedited shipping on May 5th for a beach trip this weekend on May 24. It is May 22 and the item still days “processing”. I paid extra for a 5-8 day shipping and handling time-not 3 times that with no arrival yet. Now I do not have a swimsuit to go on our trip.
