How to Contact Dresslily Customer Service?

Dresslily is a good place to go if we want to buy the fashionable clothes at a lower price. However, recently some customers wrote negative reviews about Dresslily customer service and complain that it is really hard to contact this company.

As a frequent buyer of Dresslily, I want to write something in this aspect to help other customers based on my own shopping experience on www.dresslily.com.how to contact dresslily

It is really a pity that they do not offer phone service, but I do hope they will offer a hot line in the near future. As we can see in the above picture, there are 2 ways to contact the customer service.

. Live ChatLive Chat

It’s easy for us to find the icon “LIVE CHAT” on the right top corner of Dresslily website. Clicking “Start Online Chat”, then you need fill the information such as your name and email to start a chat. It is very convenient to ask for an adjustment of your order, like changing address and size, adding items or removing items, and doing replacement.

. Support Center

Dresslily support center deals with all kinds of complaints. Sending messages to support center is very convenient and helpful. It can even solve an urgent issue (for example, changing address) timely before the shipment is arranged. Please choose the Question Type shown in the following picture:notice

However, there are still some customers’ complaint is that they can not contact Dresslily customer service.

Complaint 1. It doesnt allow me to submit a ticket.

Some customers complain that the support center is not human-friendly. It is too complicated for them to submit a ticket.

Actually you can make it with no problem only if you follow the steps below:

  1. Opening this link: https://support.dresslily.com/ticket/ticket/indexsupport center

     2. Filling the necessary information in the areas that are marked with *.

     If you think this is still too complex for you, you can just send an email to support@DressLily.com that they list on the website.

Note:

  1. Please make sure you have logged in before you submit a ticket.
  2. Please be prepared with an order number if you ask about an order.You can check your order in your Dresslily account-> My orders.

Complaint 2.Dresslily doesnt reply my email.

Some customers complain that they sent an email to Dresslily support center with no reply from them at all. I’d like to list the possible reasons so that you can avoid that and figure out how to check the reply from Dresslily.

  1. .Dresslily promises a reply within 24 hours except during the weekendsand holidays. Please check if it is the case.
  2. Another reason I guess is that the link in the email you have received to check the ticket is expired. As we all know, Dresslily do not show the reply directly in the email. Instead, they send a link to check the ticket.ticketPlease check the message when the link is still valid (within 48 hours). If it is unfortunately expired, please log in your Desslily account to check “My tickets”.my ticket
  3. The last reason might be that some customers reply the email they have received directly. Please check the note in the email: “please do not reply to this automatically generated email. We are unable to respond to any emails sent to this address.”Therefore you need check the ticket via the link, then reply on the same page.reply

    There may be some problems with the Dresslily customer service, but all in all it is convenient to contact them and they show a good gesture to resolve any problems. I hope this article will help you to contact Dresslily.com

    Ordered a swimsuit on May9th and my account says it was shipped on May16th and here we are June 5th 3 weeks later and I have nothing no tracking number and no swimsuit and absolutely no response after submitting a ticket. Starting to get frustrated and don’t know of whether to reverse everything thru my bank and cancel the order.

    VERY UNHAPPY with their customer service!! Not sure i would ever want to deal with them again!!
    I ordered some dresses and wanted to exchange them for another size. i have been in touch with customer service through their support center and have received an answer within 24 hours, but they have not resolved the problem after 4 times. They keep saying, sorry, we can give you partial credit. give your dress to charity. i have not received any instructions on how to return or get the replacement! 4 times. i am still trying.
