Complaint 2.Dresslily doesn’t reply my email.
Some customers complain that they sent an email to Dresslily support center with no reply from them at all. I’d like to list the possible reasons so that you can avoid that and figure out how to check the reply from Dresslily.
- .Dresslily promises a reply within 24 hours except during the weekendsand holidays. Please check if it is the case.

Instead, they send a link to check the ticket.Please check the message when the link is still valid (within 48 hours). If it is unfortunately expired, please log in your Desslily account to check “My tickets”.
- The last reason might be that some customers reply the email they have received directly. Please check the note in the email: “please do not reply to this automatically generated email. We are unable to respond to any emails sent to this address.”Therefore you need check the ticket via the link, then reply on the same page.
