DressLily partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, IB, and EMS to offer three shipping methods:
1.Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
DressLily shipped your order by DHL/UPS/IB or other expedited shipping. it’s up to your location.
2.Standard Shipping: 6-8 business days
DressLily shipped your package by Express Mail Service，tracking site for US is http://www.usps.com, customers in other countries can track orders on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp
3.Flat Rate Shipping: 7-25 business days
For Flat rate shipping method, DressLily offers free shipping.
But please kindly note that if you do not choose to pay the tracking number when you place the order on DressLily, you can not track your parcel.
How to track my order?
When DressLily ships your parcel out, DressLily will send the shipping information message to your email box. If you pay the tracking number fee, you can use your tracking number to track your parcel on the specified tracking site. If you can not get any information on the site when your parcel is shipped out in only 1-3 days, please wait another 2-3 days and then try to track your order again. Because the shipping company may not update the logistics information in time.

Special cases about order tracking

Some country can not give the information update when the parcel arrives at the local post office.
If your parcel is checked by the customs, the information may not update in time.
If you choose the flat rate shipping methods, the logistics may update late, you can check it after some days more.
