    I have purchased 2 dresses and they are not true to size, too small. I am trying to get an address where to mail them back for a refund. I e-mailed them and all I keep getting are ticket numbers and they have to review the order it says. I just want and address to return them for a refund. I have then over a week now and still have not gotten an address.

    Bought several dresses, only one fit. On recipe it say call customer service if there’s a problem. I’ve yet found the phone number for customer service!!! Both bags dresses came in had different addresses one in China one in California. WTH will never buy from this company again!!!

    Concerned about orders I just placed. I saw that clothing is made in China. I did check size chart but I do not thing items are gonna fit because I’m tall and shirts tend to run short! Now what do I do?

    I will never order from Dresslily again. On Nov 29th I ordered a small mermaid blanket and did not receive it until today Dec 28. What I received, was for an adult, not a child. Several attempts to contact customer service was unsuccessful. Submitting a pic for a refund or a trade also unsuccessful. It should not be this difficult. Why is there not a telephone number for customer service? 1st and last time customer.
